If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter according to the legal obligations falling under the responsibility of SET-CORPORATION SRL (e.g., in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents for which the retention period provided by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).
If you are a customer and exercise the option to delete your user account, by pressing the Delete account button in the My account information section, SET-CORPORATION SRL will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications via that we keep you informed about the products and services offered through the site. SET-CORPORATION SRL, with registered office in the Municipality of Suceava, 14 Traian Taranu str., Suceava county, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) number 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data ("Regulation"), Law no. 333/2003 regarding the protection of objectives, assets, values and the protection of persons and Government Decision no. 301/2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 333/2003, administers in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes the personal data that are provided through the video surveillance system only for the purpose of monitoring and security of people, spaces and/or public/private assets, including the rented space.
With the help of this system, the customer service area is controlled, the security of goods and the safety of people - employees or customers, as well as good administration and operation of the unit - are ensured. In addition, the video surveillance system helps to prevent, detect and investigate the theft of owned goods or to prevent, detect and investigate risks and threats to all people who are in the monitored location.
Through the video surveillance system, SET-CORPORATION SRL processes your personal data related to images. The surveillance system does not aim to process images for indexing or creating profiles.
The duration of storage of the data obtained through the video surveillance system is proportional to the purpose for which the data is processed, and the images are stored for a period that does not exceed 30 days, after which they are deleted through the automatic procedure in the order in which they were recorded .
The personal data processed are intended for use by the operator and are communicated only to the following recipients: central/local public authorities, in accordance with the legislation in force.
SET-CORPORATION SRL respects the right to privacy of the persons whose data is processed, as well as the rights conferred by the Regulation.
